Shipping Policy

1. Online Orders placed before 1:00 pm on working day AWST will be dispatched on the same day if the item is in stock and payment has been cleared (Subject to change during Peak Periods).

2. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Mondays (Subject to change during Peak Periods).

3. purchase Online and Collect in-store is available for the customer if they can collect the order in Perth

4. Shipping fees depend on Product weight and size.  fees will display on the shopping cart.  3 different price shipping methods available, customers can choose one of them.

  • Express Shipping: Star Track or same shipping  (ETA: 2 - 4 Business Days)
  • TNT parcel for the big item (monitor printer ...)only.  (ETA: 5 - 9 Business Days)
